Unhappy Problems with newly fitted extensions - help!

i have had my extensions fitted for just over 2 weeks now.
They are still agony, and the bonds look huuuge! I am losing a lot of colour from them when I wash them, and 5 have fallen out in the last 24 hours!!!!
I booked the extensionist through gumtree.com.
Do you think I have any come back here? I am so angry!

Hi Kirstin,

Where did you purchase the hair from? In my opinion is to contact your extensionist then you can resolve your issues, it is normal that a few extensions fall out, my thoughts are that the extensions have been applied too tightly and they should loosen after the first wash.

Let us know how you get on?

The extensionist purchased them, but it was from verlocke.co.uk
I have washed them a few times, and they have not stopped hurting!! I expected a few days worth of uncomfortable-ness, but not 2 weeks!!!
Having searched the internet, I think there is too much of my hair in the bond, so it is pulling.....
The bonds are also huge - this is obviously not right, is it?!

I think you should tell you extensionist to remove them as they are obviously fitted too tightly, I can't tell if there is too much hair applied to the bonds without seeing for myself.. so my advice is go and see a second opinion by a professional.

Good luck and let us know how you get on?
