This could be because of the quality of the hair or the way you have treated the hair.

First questions, where did you purchase the hair from? and did you wash the hair before going to bed?

Try using a leave-in conditioner on dried hair, followed by hair straighteners, this should weight the hair down.

Default crap hair

well my cousin said its been over processed , as they had to dye the hair before they put them in, and it was never washed out properly. 18 have fallen out now, i tried leave in conditioner, no joy. im goin back tuesday to see the salon manager who put them in. 300 quid is alot to pay for crap dolls hair. only had them a week now, do you think i will get them done again or some money back.

They could have possibly over dyed the hair, as your cousin suggested. But why would a salon do this when there's many colours out there to choose from?? Seems to me they probably already had the hair but the wrong colour so instead of buying new hair, they just attempted to save money and dye it. I don't suppose you know what colour the hair was originally? and what colour did they dye it to?

It is normal that a few extensions will become loose and drop-out. Yes, if I were you I would ask them to replace the hair for a proper colour match.

Let us know how you get on.

Default im stressed

i went for consultation and the colour match was a number 4 brown, when it arrived it was lovely silky long 22in hair. the manager said that it was to light for me and it would me noticeable she said she would need to dye it. i said i didnt want her to as my hair has a colour on it. and would fade soon to the lighter shade. you can see where they have tied a bobble around the hair pieces as its a different colour altogether . i also had blonde pieces put in and they have stayed in an feel like reel hair , and the bonds on those are tiny, but the dark brown extensions the bonds are huge and look like huge blobs of glue not neat at all. 50 have fallen out in 7 days . appoinment tomo to have them put back in, but there crap. feels like horse hair and u can tell loads missin. its a mess. no shine nothin. do you think the manager will re do them as im upset

thanks
