Delivery Options

Delivery costs vary due to the weight of your order, these are kept low by regular price checks. We will dispatch all items same day guaranteed on all orders purchased before 3.30pm *subject to payment clearance. We also dispatch orders on Saturdays at 10.30am.

United Kingdom

We currently ship all our products within the UK by Royal Mail via 1st Class Recorded. Special 'Next Day' delivery is available for an additional fee, all you have to do is add the Special Delivery Upgrade to your shopping cart.

Delivery outside the United Kingdom

HairXtensions.co.uk will deliver your order to the many locations worldwide, contact us for a shipping quotation.

Checking Order Status

You will receive two e-mails after you have placed your order:

The first confirms that your order has been received and your order is in Processing (your order confirmation number will be included); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours.

The second confirms that your order has been dispatched, this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours after the Processing stage.

Track Packages

If you order has been dispatched via Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery please contact us for your tracking reference number. You can use that number for Order Tracking by clicking on the 'Track Your Order" image below, which will take you to the official Royal Mail website. It may take 24 hours after your package was picked up from our fulfillment center before tracking information appears on the web site.

If your order appears late, remember:

Has your payment cleared, and if applicable, have you notified us with your chosen colours?

If the above terms are completed, all orders before 3.30pm will be dispatched same day.
