HairXtensions.co.uk - Returns Policy

HairXtensions.co.uk unconditionally guarantees the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our products or if you find that your order contains a wrong item, simply contact us within 7 days of your delivery and we will refund your money under our terms below:

Within 7 days after receiving your order, you may return any product purchased from HairXtensions.co.uk for full product credit, p&p costs are non-refundable. If you are returning our aftercare products they must not be opened and must be in there original packaging as must all of our products. Hair Extensions must be unused, if you have used them we are unable to accept these back due to hygiene reasons, unused bundles must not be split, p&p costs are non-refundable.

If you would like an exchange, for example you purchased an incorrect colour, contact us to arrange for an product exchange, note customers has to bear return cost and pay for the item/s to be resent.

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from HairXtensions.co.uk. Please include the following in your package: Un-opened items you are returning in the original packaging and sales invoice with the items and prices circled.

Note: We have the right not to refund if a product is found not to be faulty.

Please write the reason for your return on the back of your invoice. For your protection, please use Recorded or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
